• Between 6.45 am – 6.40 pm

Depart dominion after safety meeting. Begin passenger pick-ups. The driver will have a full list of passenger names and addresses scheduled for that day. We also have the destinations mapped out in OPS.

Our driver will contact each customer with an ETA for pickup to allow them to be ready.

• Between 7.30 am – 8.00 am

After all passengers are safely on board, we begin our drive to Halifax.

• Between 9.30 am – 10.00 am

First stop for scheduled 15-minute morning break (Coffee/ Washroom break).

• Between 9.45 am – 10.15 am

Depart from morning break.

• Between 11.30 am – 12.30 pm

Estimated arrival in Halifax. The driver will drop customers at pre-determined destinations and confirm bookings at the destination. Also, they will assist in any way with check-in.

After all morning drop-offs are complete, the driver will have a service stop for 1 hour (fuel, carwash, & fluid top-up if necessary.) Then, the driver will review pickups for the afternoon and contact passengers for ETA for pick-ups.

• Between 1.00 pm – 1.30 pm

Pickups begin.

• Between 1.30 pm – 2.30 pm

Depart Halifax for return journey.

• Between 3.15 pm – 4.15 pm

Scheduled 15-minute afternoon break for coffee/ washroom.

• Between 3.30 pm – 4.15 pm

Depart from afternoon break for the final leg of return journey.

• Between 5.30 pm – 7.00 pm

Driver return to Cape Breton and begins passenger drop-offs.

• Between 6.30 pm – 7.30 pm

Driver completes end-of-the-day duties (fuel, carwash,) and returns to the office. The driver will be responsible to complete daily driver’s log book and returning it to the office daily.
