  • Do I need to make reservations?

We highly recommend making reservations. However, you can request same-day transportation services and we’ll gladly accommodate you whenever possible.

  • Where can one book?

You can schedule on our website, send us an email or give us a call.

  • Can I get a discount?

Yes, we offer discounts for students and seniors’ discounts.

  • Can I make an open booking?

We don’t offer open bookings.

  • How can I pay for Cape Breton Shuttle services?

You can pay using your credit card or debit card or e-transfer. Payments are available also onboard via debit/credit machine.

  • What are your working hours?

We offer booking services seven days a week from 8am to 6pm.

  • Do you accept luggage?

Yes, you can carry luggage not more than 50 lbs. please note that you are responsible for keeping your luggage safe.

  • How long will the trip take?

This depends on the time, traffic, and weather. However, most trips take 4-5 hours.

  • Do you allow pets or packages?

We don’t allow pets or packages.

  • Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available on board

  • How many passengers do you allow per shuttle?

We can carry up to six passengers. However, we are not filled to capacity for maximum comfort of our riders.

  • How long has your service been available?

Would rather see start of company April 2022 as opposed to in business for 8 months.
