We highly recommend making reservations. However, you can request same-day transportation services and we’ll gladly accommodate you whenever possible.

Yes, we offer discounts for students and seniors.

• Can I make an open booking?

We don’t offer open bookings.

• How can I pay for Cape Breton Shuttle services?

You can pay using your credit card or debit card or e-transfer. Payments are available also onboard via debit/credit machine.

• What are your working hours?

We offer booking services seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are calling after hours, please leave a message and someone will return your call. 

• Do you accept luggage?

Yes, you can carry luggage not more than 50 lbs. please note that you are responsible for keeping your luggage safe.

• How long will the trip take?

This depends on the time, traffic, and weather. However, most trips take 4-5 hours.

• Do you allow pets or packages?

We don’t allow pets or packages.

• Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available on board

• How many passengers do you allow per shuttle?

We can carry up to six passengers; however, we only book five for maximum comfort for our passengers. 

• How long has your service been available?

We have been running our shuttle business since 2022.
